Kryptic, Ole South Breed Show (USDF) Aug. 2008 Kryptic wins 3rd place in Yearling Colts/Geldings Kryptic's sire Fandango is performing dressage and competing as an eventer in California.  Kryptic has a lifetime recording with the USEF, USEA, and the USDF.   Show Results:  On February 29, 2008 Kryptic attended his first show, USEA recognized The Ark Horse Trials.  In Future Event Horse Yearling Colts he received a very good score of 77, tying for 2nd place but placed at 3rd when the tie was broken with the score at the walk.  The first place colt scored 77.5...a very tight competition indeed.  It was our objective to give him a good first showing experience in a format that would appreciate him for what he was bred - eventing, and we were successful in doing so.    August 22, 2008, Ole South Breed Show (USDF) - Kryptic placed 3rd in Yearling Colts/Geldings and 4th in "Other Warmbloods" breed class.   We plan to show Kryptic in additional USEA sanctioned FEH classes this year as well as USDF dressage sport horse breeding classes.    Sorry, Kryptic is not for sale.  We will be retaining him and preparing him for his stallion inspection in 2010.	Registration: American Trakehner Association.  Kryptic is an ATA registered Trakehner stud colt out of an ATA approved Preliminary Stud Book mare, Karoline's Traum.   At three years of age Kryptic will be eligible for inspection and approval into the Official Stud Book of the ATA.     Description:  Kryptic is every bit as sweet as he appears.  He loves attention and is a quick learner.  A very athletic colt, he can be seen racing his pasture mates at full speed and jumping logs in the field for fun.  Kryptic is very typey, has correct conformation, a balanced and uphill topline with excellent angulation of shoulders and haunches.  His movement is correct and powerful with excellent articulation at all three gaits.  He is a good size colt with a deep heartgirth, solid bone, and is expected to mature at approximately 16.1-16.2hh.  In October of 2007 Kryptic scored an outstanding 9/9/9 at his ATA voluntary inspection with a recommendation from the inspector that he be brought back as a stallion prospect.  To the best of our knowledge, Kryptic is one of only two young horses inspected by the ATA in 2007 to earn this score.     Kryptic, ATA Inspection, 6 months of age Photo by Deana Fleenor Photography Fandango, Kryptic's sire Photo courtesy of Fantasy Farm
